1. Meditation & Breath-work & Sanga:

A unique class combining meditation, breath-work (Pranayama), and Sanga—a community practice rooted in connection and support.

2. Yin Yoga:
Slow, meditative stretching for deep release.

  • Targets deep connective tissues, improves flexibility, and reduces tension

3. Gentle Yoga (Stretch Focus):

About the founder:
I’m Shani – a teacher of yoga, mindfulness, and strength training, and a facilitator of compassionate and connecting communication.
I believe the body is more than a tool for training; it’s a doorway to a life of connection, awareness, and growth.
Born and raised in Israel, I moved to North Carolina with a vision: to create a home – a space where personal practice and human connection come together to form community.
TriMotion was born from a deep love for the body, for breath, and for the simple moments that bring us fully into presence.I believe in practices that strengthen, heal, and hold space – not only for the muscles, but also for the soul.
I stand for presence, listening, freedom, community, and authentic self-expression.
I believe in the power of community, mutual support, and shared growth – where every voice matters and no one moves alone.
What sets me apart is my ability to truly see each person, to meet them exactly where they are,
and to guide them gently with knowledge, care, and an open heart.
I’m here to remind us – through movement, touch, and connection – that we
all deserve a space for freedom, healing, and belonging.
