Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Group Classes
Our studio operates in a boutique format with a maximum of 4 participants per class, making each spot truly valuable.
To ensure availability for all, advance registration is required for group classes.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time, via the app. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your credit package.
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, the first person to confirm after receiving the notification will be able to attend.

Private & Partner Sessions

These sessions are scheduled personally and reserved just for you — with dedicated time, space, and preparation.Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. You may cancel by sending a text message or email directly to the studio.
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged the full session rate.

4-Session AutoPay Membership
Allows users 4 classes per month. Additional classes at the regular class rate.

This is an auto-renewing contract. Your credit card is charged on the same day of each month and you are then eligible for yoga and meditation classes per the term of your agreement. Cancellations require a 30 day written notice.

8 -Session AutoPay Membership
Allows users 8 classes per month. Additional classes at the regular class rate.

This is an auto-renewing contract. Your credit card is charged on the same day of each month and you are then eligible for yoga and meditation classes per the term of your agreement. Cancellations require a 30 day written notice.

All memberships require a signed contract in the studio. No refunds are given for unused packages. Memberships are auto-renewing each month on the 1st of the month and require a 30-day written notice to cancel. First month fees will be prorated.
